Body Love Services

Intake Assessments (*prerequisite for personal training)

  • Corrective Exercise Assessment – Head-to-toe analysis of postural habit, joint function, muscle balance, and myofascial patterns.  $150
  • Sports Performance Assessment – Sport-specific analysis of key fitness components including SAQ, flexibility, cardio efficiency, and possible inhibitory patterns.  $150

Personal Training *

  • 5 One-hour sessions – $275
  • 5 Half-hour sessions – $165

  Sessions must be used within 5 weeks of purchase.   Cancellations due to illness or emergency must be given 12 hours in advance.  


 Body Love Classes

@FIREHOUSE FITNESS, 1104 S. Westnedge Ave., Kalamazoo

$29/month unlimited;  Firehouse members $19/month

  • Monday – 6 pm- AND  Friday – 8 am   Mechanics Mashup .  A full-body circuit strength class with emphasis on proper mechanical form for all your favorite exercises and always attention to posture, with new exercises all the time.  You will work hard and steady for 45 min.
  • Tuesday AND Thursday – 7 am   Pilates Plus on the Mat.  Getting up early is worth it when it makes your whole day better.  Join us for this time-tested, core-strengthening alignment series that was designed to bring your body into quick, overall tone from the spine out.  Can shift your fitness to new levels if done regularly. 45 min.  
  • Wednesday – 8 am  City Circuit.  For lovers of the great outdoors – Beginning at the Wheel of History, (a large, disc-shaped sculpture on the greenspace directly east of KVCC’s downtown campus) this mobile class winds through structures, public spaces, and to the top of parking garages for a great workout and a fun way to experience our town.  Heated sidewalks downtown reduce ice slippage in winter!   NOTE:  if the temperature is below 15 degrees or if it is raining, we will meet at Firehouse.  Please TEXT 269-207-5471 if you are coming, so we will know to look for you.  45 minutes.
  • Saturday – 7:30 am   Stretching for Every Body.   Lengthen and loosen after your long week with tried-and-true techniques for the modern body.  Come get hooked – your body will love it.  60 min.
